• Peak Season ( 21 Dec – 10 Jan )- 695 $/night. Min. stay — 7 days
• CNY Season ( 26 Jan – 4 Feb) -595 $/night. Min. stay — 5 days
• High Season (11 Jan – 25 Jan, 05 Feb – 30 April, 15 July- 30 Aug) – 395 $/night. Min. stay — 4 days
• Mid Season ( 01 May – 14 July) -325 $/night. Min. stay — 3 days
• Low season (01 Sept – 14 Dec) -275 $/night. Min.stay- 3 days

A 10.000 baht security deposit (or USD, GBP, EURO or AUD equivalent) is required at check in. These funds will be refunded in full at check out, as long as there is no damage the villa.

Electricity is charged to the guest at 5 baht per unit. Meter readings are recorded at the beginning and end of each guest’s stay. Electricity charges will be deducted from the security deposit that is held.
