Cost of Services

Let us introduce ourselves – we are a real estate agency, so we take commission for our work.
If you agree to commission of 4000 baht for 1-bedroom accommodation, 5000 baht for 2-bedroom accommodation and 6000 baht for 3-bedroom one or more, then we will be glad to assist you in finding the house you dream about.
How does it work?
We select accommodation according to your wishes among options represented at our website, connect with the owner and check availability and current price depending on season according to your dates of staying.
Also we can show accommodation to you personally. In this case, you take transportation costs upon yourself.
Our commission is payed one time .
It means that we charge our commission only if you book a house. All payments, deposit and bills you will pay to the owner of this house, not to us.
Prices indicated at our website are set by owners and do not include our commission*.

Discount

*If a house costs over 50,000 baht, commission is already included and we do not charge any commission from you at all.

How to book?

1. Choose accommodation which you like and send us their links.

2. We ask owners for updated information on availability and prices for your desirable rental period.

3. If accommodation is available you send us booking deposit + one-time commission via any of the following payment systems:

  • Skrill (moneybookers)
  • Paypal ( we ask for additional 4,5% for cash withdrawal)
  • Western Union

What is next?

When accommodation is booked we send you accurate google-coordinates of your house, contact information of the owner, scan of payment receipt with our company stamp. It is not the end of our services. Our goal is to make sure that you checked into the booked accommodation without any problems.

What is the difference between booking deposit, security deposit and comission?

 

Booking deposit – is money that you pay to the owner as guarantee that you will check in. In this case the owner will not rent accommodation out to other people.

Security deposit – is money that you give to the owner as guarantee of preservation of the house and furniture. Usually your booking deposit transforms into security deposit when you check in. If after check out everything is ok, then the owner gives you security deposit back. If the house or furniture is damaged, the owner charge some amount of money from your security deposit depending on damage.

Comission is cost of real estate agency services for searching a house. It is not included in rental price.

Therefore, in most cases your budget to rent a house should include: Booking deposit+rental payment+comission.

Payment receipt for Thai embassy

If you need a payment receipt with the owner’s signature and address in Thailand, please inform us in advance before booking. Otherwise we will charge extra 300 baht.

Why is location of accommodation on the web-site map not accurate?

We point approximate location of houses on the map for you to understand if suits you requirements or not. We do not give accurate location before booking because it can be used by unscrupulous people.
