3-bedroom villa on Lamai for 10 000 baht/night 0r 180 000 baht/month The villa  is located 400 m off the main road on a gentle sloping hill in Lamai. The villa entrance opens onto a spacious open plan living room, European style kitchen and dining area with exposed ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring electric stove­top, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender and tableware sufficient for 6 persons. A large Smart TV, fiber optic internet and comfortable sofa are yours to use. Sliding doors from the living room lead to the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable sun­beds and is by a private swimming pool which is finished with natural Balinese stone work.  Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have direct access to the swimming pool. The master bedroom with Smart TV and en­suite bathroom with bathtub is on the second floor. All bedrooms have king size beds and are equipped with wardrobes, air conditioners, and ceiling fans. A large green terrace on the second floor with sea views is a great place to relax and sunbathe. The villa also has a garden area with with BBQ.   Famous attractions such as Hin Ta & Hin Yai and Wat Sila Ngu are just few minutes walk from the villa. Nearest beach is just 600 m, and one of the best in Samui ­ central Lamai beach is just a 2 minute drive. Makro cash & carry and Tesco Lotus supermarket are just 2 km from the villa.   Rate includes: - one way transfer from Airport to villa (1 minibus);- WiFi;- cleaning, linen and towels changed once a week;- welcome pack. Additional payments: - electricity – 7 THB per unit.   Damage deposit of 50 000 THB required on arrival which is fully refundable. Peak season (16.12 – 19.01) minimum stay 14 nights. Special rates for partial occupancy and last minute booking available. Payment Terms Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total is required to secure the booking.
