3-bedroom villa on Thong Krut from5 460 baht/night. The villa is located in the south of Koh Samui, close to the private and quiet beach (about 1.5 km).  The coral sand on the beach is quite coarse. This is a perfect destination for those who appreciate tranquility and for families with kids.  However, should you want some entertainment, you can easily get to the more lively and popular Lamai beach in only 12 minutes.The villa is a U-shaped residential unit surrounded by private green property. The architecture of the house features elements of Eastern style. The exterior is designed in warm colours (beige, terracotta). The layout includes four rooms: a hall and three bedrooms – each with its own colour palette.The spacious main space is visually divided into functional zones: a kitchen, a dining area and a living area. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary domestic appliances: a fridge, stove-top, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and blender.  A bar counter separates the kitchen from the dining area which has a dining table with chairs.The bedrooms are located in the wings of the house: the orange bedroom is in one wing, while the violet and yellow ones are in the other. The orange bedroom furnished with a large double bed adjoins a large bathroom with a bathtub. The large sliding doors of the bedroom open directly onto the pool. The violet bedroom features the same furnishing and direct access to the pool. The yellow bedroom comes with two single beds and a small TV.  There shared is a bathroom with a shower between the violet and yellow bedrooms.There is a private pool between the two wings. It is surrounded by averandah with a sunshade where you can retreat from the heat of the sun, sit in comfortable armchairs, or have an evening meal. Several steps lead from the pool down to a small garden with a green lawned area for sunbathing and a shady gazebo with raffia furniture and a fan. There is a parking lot at the entrance to the villa. Note our company can have a rented car parked there on for your arrival upon prior request.The residential complex where this villa is situated also offers its guests the following services: security on the premises, restaurant, communal pool, guest parking, and villa maintenance.A 50% discount is available when renting for 30 days and more.
