1. We do not accept cancellation or amendments of the dates, we are not a hotel and we rent the full Villa to 1 single Group of Guests, therefore if they cancel or move the dates we would lose to much time, risk not to rent, etc;
2. Discounts on standard rates can be as follows
2.a. If booking confirmed and 50% rent amount paid 6 months before check-in = 5% ,
2.b. If booking confirmed and 50% rent amount paid 9 months before check-in = 10% ,
2.c. If booking confirmed and 50% rent amount paid 12 months before check-in = 15% ,
2.d. If booking if more than 14 nights, we can consider case by case about a bit more discount;
3. We request payment of 50% to secure the booking and 50% balance 35 days before check-in; we are very strict about payments, our approach is zero-tolerance for delays or excuses or so, if balance is delay we can opt to cancel the booking and forfeit the 1st payment at our own full independent discretion;
