Access to the villa is very easy, the slope is very gentle. In front of the house, there is a parking space for 2 cars. Outside, to the left of the front door, there is a laundry room with washing machine and many shelves.
By entering, you reach the living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge), a guest toilet, the dining area (white lacquered dining table for 6 people) and living room (white leather sofa, white lacquered furniture, 52-inch TV) opening onto the terrace equipped with synthetic resin furniture (4 sunbeds, a side table, a dining table, 6 armchairs and 4 bar stools), an outside kitchen with a barcounter and a lovely private swimming pool.
