Electricity is charged at 6 baht per unit consumed. Meters readings are taken at the beginning and end of the guests stay.

A deposit of 50% of the villa rental is required to secure a booking. Payment of the outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, we require the full amount to be paid upon confirmation.

A security deposit of 1 month cost is required at check-in. This is returned to the guest at the end of their stay as long as there is no damage to the villa.
