Initial deposit of 50% of the total rental will confirm a booking. The outstanding balance must be paid at least 30 days before the day of arrival. The whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking if rental is to commence within 30 days. Security deposit of $500 is required with the payment of the balance.
Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax.
