Mid season (January 11 – May 14 and July 1 – August 31) -1850 USD / night

Low season (May 15 – June 30 and September 1 – December 14) -1600 USD / night

High season (December 15 – January 10) -2500 USD / night

Price includes – transfer to / from the airport, unlimited internet, cleaning. Electricity and water are separately paid for by the meter. The minimum rental period is 3 nights. During Christmas and New Year, in the Chinese and Thai New Year, the minimum period is 7 nights. Extra bed –  50 USD/night.
Security deposits may be requested on a case by case basis.
