The house is of modern construction approx. 100 sqm. including a very large terrace.
Inside has spacious western kitchen which equipped with a Refrigerator, Gas cooker, Micro oven, Electric kettle, Pots, Crockery and Cutlery. Living room has a sofa set with coffee table, 42 inch flat screen tv and fan. The bathroom features a hot water shower and bathtub , sink and WC. The bedroom are equipped with air-conditioning, double bed , wardrobe, makeup table and exit to the terrace. The house is good for up to 4 people.

Included : unlimited water, gas, high speed internet. Electricity will be charged at 6 THB per kW. The bed linen and towels changed every 7 days for free.  Cleaning on  request for 600 THB.
